|You will ne notified via email if any of the items you ordered are no longer
available or back ordered. Backordered items may be cancelled at any time
without incurring a restocking fee if the item(s) have not yet shipped. Items
that are no longer available will be removed from order.

pricing errors on our website or on other websites such as shopping engines.
|Because many of the items we offer are ‘special order’ items, we charge the
customer when an order is placed. We then must order the products from the
manufacturer or supplier. The process of pulling the items from a warehouse and
preparing them for shipment begins immediately after an order is placed. Because
most of our suppliers charge a 25% restock fee* on cancelled orders,
or returns; we must pass that charge on to you if you cancel your order after
placing it with us. WE CHARGE 25% RESTOCK FEE* on ALL
cancelled orders. There is a minimum $5.00 restock fee on any order that has

returnable/exchangeable. This will be noted on the item’s page at the time of

|Return & Exchange Policy|
|All returns & exchanges must be accompanied by a Return Authorization
Number (RA#) provided by us and a copy of the invoice. Return Authorization can
be requested ONLINE.
